Artwork:
- If designing is required, user is entitled to a maximum of 2 changes. Any changes thereafter is subject to an additional of $8 per change.
- Designing service excludes logo design.
- Users are responsible for their own artwork. For users who do not require any designing, files submitted must adhere to the specifications stated above.
- Printing Company will not give any prior notification if the files submitted do not match the required specifications.
Turnaround:
- Delivery turnaround will commence from the date of artwork confirmation.
- Turnaround lead-time based on working business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Payment:
- All prices in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of 7% GST.
- Payment modes are iBanking, ATM transfers, Nets/Cash Payment.
- All payments must be made within 24 hours upon placement of orders.
- All successful orders will be accompanied with an invoice via email.
