- PrintingCompany.com.sg will not give any prior notification if the files submitted do not match the required specifications.
- Partners should take the time to read and check all orders at each stage of the ordering process.
- Partners are responsible for their own artwork and PrintingCompany.com.sg will not be responsible for any design errors, including spelling, grammatical mistakes, RGB files and low resolution images.
Packing:
- Inclusive of standard packing.
- Additional charges apply for special packing requirements.
Payment:
- Price on the website are stated in Singapore dollars and Exclude of GST.
- Payment methods Paypal.
- All payments must be made immediately upon placement of orders.
- All successful orders will be accompanied with Performa Invoice via email.
- Orders will only be proceed upon receipt of full payment.
Delivery:
- Shipping address must be provided upon submission of the order.
- PrintingCompany.com.sg is not responsible for any costs incurred resulting late delivery for any incorrect delivery address given or late submissions of delivery address.
- Our delivery and courier services are contracted with our logistics partner. Our logistics partner staff and their service agent does not represent PrintingCompany.com.sg. nor allow to act on behalf of PrintingCompany.com.sg for any disputes, any arrangements, any instructions and any agreements. All matters must feedback to PrintingCompany.com.sg Customer Services Team @ +65 6100 8436.
- Same day delivery services, file and order submission must be submitted before 11am on the same day, goods will be delivered by 8pm.
- Our working day lead time starting counting from the day of completion with payment and artwork confirmation.
- Delivery day(s) referring to working day not include Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
Colour Proof:
- Colour proofing will be chargeable accordingly to the type of jobs required.
- Colour proofing lead time process within 6 hours to the next working day depending on the timing the order and files submitted.
- Colour proof deviate between 10 to 15% from the actual printed products.
- If colour proof required re-proofing a minimum charge of $3 on the first page and subsequence pages will be charged $0.50 per page accordingly to the pages required.
Press Check:
- Press check will be charged at $60 for the first 30 minutes, the next subsequence 30 minutes will be charged at $50 depending on the whole duration time taken for the whole press check.
- Replacement of plate due to colour accuracy will be chargeable, prices will be chargeable depending on the size of the plates used on the press machine.
- Materials use for common paper will not be charged for the first 100pcs. Fancy paper and special materials other than the common materials (artpaper, artcard, woodfree and etc) will be chargeable based on the quantity required for the press check.
- If the first 100pcs test print materials has used up, any additional materials used for test printing will be chargeable accordingly.
